    Job Description of Accounts Executive

    • Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
    • Preparing financial analyses and reports.
    • Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
    • Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
    • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
    • Proficient in programs including Power Point, MS Office & Excel.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results
    • Assist with tax audits and tax returns
    • Should have good knowledge of GST.

    Job Description of Billings Executive

    • Proven experience as Billing Specialist.
    • Comfortable dealing with clients.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and adaptability to learn software.
    • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
    • Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.
    • Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients
