Our firm was established in 2005 duly registered with Directorate General Resettlement, Ministry of Defense, and Govt. of India under the leadership of Major R.S. Tiwari(Retd.)who had an illustrious career in the Army. He has been trained in civil and military Intelligence and qualified for all type of Security and Safety. We establish a number of checks/ check posts/ checkpoint to monitor the progress of security. Movements and progress of the security will be ensured by way of keeping of various registers/report forms.
The company as emerging as premier Industrial Security Service Provider as it has grown from a small sapling to a giant tree with blessing of almighty and tons of hard work. Our team sincerity towards our clients and humane concern towards our security personnel taken the company to unfathomable heights since inception in 2005.

MAJOR R.S TIWARI
The Founder
An alumni of OTA Madras and a veteran officer of elite Indian Army (corps of signals) he had the privilege in serving the country during indo-pak 1971 conventional war (CARGIL WAR), counter insurgency operation and the high attitude terrine of Sikkim and J&K. Superannuated after 34 years of unblemished service in Indian Army; he is pragmatic and growth leader, with an expertise in military intelligence, human resource management, threat and theft analytic.
After successful completion of a course of “security company formation and management” from a reputed institute at New Delhi, he formed the company in 2006. The focus of newgen founder was always professional security services and generate employment for social-economic poor people. he is a philanthropy person and provided opportunity to poor persons of society to get upliftment always strive for the betterment of services and welfare of persons associated with company.
VIKAS TIWARI
The Promoter
An IT Graduate with MBA in international business, started his career with GE (General Electric) as Manager Trainee and continued to work till six years before resigned as a Sr. Manager (Processing) from Atlanta, USA.
He branched out on his own in 2012 to achieve greater success and promote the existing company with two additional company i.e. Newgen Industrial Security (Guj.) Pvt. Ltd. And Anvika Consultant and Management Services. His commitment and professionalism enabled newgen services to became a giant tree from a small sampling. He expand the company to pan India, with zeal and tons of hard work. His dedication toward compliance and training earn good name from clients and the company became preferred choice in security and allied services across states.
